This release is all about making 3T's training better. We took a look inside and agree that this release hasn’t affected clinical safety at all.
Now there’s a new kind of training in 3T, where you can get a certificate without having to watch a video or take a test.
You’ll finish VisiBlu training by entering a special code into 3T.
If you’re training, a Tristel staff member will do VisiBlu training with you in person, and that’s when you’ll get your special code.
You can get to VisiBlu training from the training grid view on the portal for everyone, and if your organization uses 3T Traceability, you’ll see it in the app too. Just click the VisiBlu tile to open the code entry screen.
The VisiBlu code is broken into three parts that match the format printed on the VisiBlu training booklet each trainee gets.
If you put in a code that’s wrong, you'll see an error message saying the code isn’t recognized. You can click the back button to go back to the code you entered, so you can double-check it.
If you enter a code that someone else has already used, you’ll get an error letting you know it’s already been claimed. Every code in each training booklet is unique, so if yours isn’t working, just let your trainer know or get in touch with support using 3T.
If you enter the right code and it hasn’t been used, 3T will make a training certificate for you, just like all the other training certificates on the platform.
