If you are seeing a cycle that is not synced in your app, you can't try to force it.
This will send the cycle straight to the portal, without joining a queue as it normally would.
To do this, please follow the instructions below:
Go to the affected cycle on the app and open the cycle to view the details.
Press and hold the (i) button in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap 'Force synchronisation'
If the cycle does not sync, please tap the (?) and report the issue to our support team.
