As an organisation admin, you will have access to the training records within your hospital. This is where you'll be able to view the most recently completed training tests across the entire organisation and resend certificates to verified users.
To review the training records within your organisation, sign in using your email address and password and select the 'Training Records' button in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Here you will have an overview of all the most recently taken tests, showing who took those tests, along with the expiry, status, and whether the user is unverified or verified. You can also resend verified user's certificates by clicking the envelope icon highlighted in the red box above.
