Training in 3T
The old training portal has been fully decommissioned, with all web traffic being redirected to 3T.
Anyone trying to access training.tristel.com will be redirected to a page in 3T where you can enter their training portal Access Code. This website will automatically detect and show you the most relevant language to you.
If you enter an Access Code that isn’t accepted, please contact your Sales Rep and ask for your organisation to be added to 3T.
On supplying a correct Access Code, you’ll be redirected to the registration page for your specific organisation. To access the training videos and tests, simply fill in the information on the registration page.
Tristel recommends that you save this registration page as a bookmark. This will save you time when coming back for more training, as you won’t need to supply your Access Code again.
As standard, all users that register on this page are unverified users. Unverified users can come to this registration page and enter their details whenever they need to take tests, much like the old training portal.
Additionally, all users who have had their records migrated from the old training portal to 3T will be unverified users. Again, to access training, these users must go to the registration page, enter their details, then take their tests.
Admins of organisations have the option to verify their team members. Verifying team members allows them to login (but they cannot register anymore), see their training history and email their certificates to themselves.
If you should be the Admin for your organisation, please contact your Sales Rep, who will arrange for your Admin account to be activated.
The App (Version 1.36.0)
The 3T app has introduced new technology to allow a new way of progressing through decontamination cycles. Instead of waving at the front facing camera, 3T can now recognise when the user is giving the app the “thumbs up”.
To activate this function, navigate to the More section of the app, Select Hand Gesture Recognition, toggle the setting to on and save your changes. The next time the handset starts a cycle, the user will be able to progress to the next step of a cycle by showing a thumbs up to the camera.
