This release focuses on improving the training offering in 3T.
VisiBlu Training
A new type of training has been introduced to 3T that allows users to receive a certificate without watching a training video or completing a test.
VisiBlu training will be completed by entering a unique code into 3T.
For trainees, VisiBlu training will be conducted by a member of Tristel staff, in person, at which time you’ll get your unique training code.
Accessing VisiBlu Training
VisiBlu training can be accessed from the training grid view on the portal for all users, and on the app for any organisations that also use 3T Traceability. Simply click on the VisiBlu tile to load the code input screen.
The VisiBlu code is split into three parts that correspond to the format printed on the VisiBlu training booklet each trainee will receive.
If an incorrect code is entered, you’ll see an error message letting you know that the code has not been recognised. You can click on the back button to return to the code you entered so you can check you have typed it in correctly.
If a code is entered that has been used by someone else, you’ll see an error message letting you know that the code has already been claimed. Every code on every training booklet is unique, so if your code is being rejected, please let your trainer know or contact support via 3T.
If the code entered is correct and unused, 3T will generate a training certificate for you, as per all other training certificates on the platform.
