Introduction
As of the 24th of July training will be available on the 3T platform. This article is a brief introduction to 3T Training for those of you who are already using 3T Traceability, or who are brand new to training with Tristel.
If you're currently using the training portal and your organisation is not using 3T, we will have a separate update for you soon.
Our user types have had a revamp to make them simpler and more relevant to everyday use:
Admin - the top level of access in 3T. You can be an Admin for just one or several organisations. You can view and edit all organisation and user information, training or otherwise.
Team Member - the first level of access in 3T. You're a part of the team and can complete decontamination cycles in the app, or complete your training on the app or the portal.
To give your existing Team Members access to training, simply add their work email address to their accounts, ask them to create a password, then login to the portal via www.3t.app. Once they've logged in, they'll be able to start watching training videos and completing their tests immediately.
If you have users who aren't in 3T yet, they can now register online. They'll need a unique web address to visit for your organisation, which you can get from the bottom left hand corner of the portal.
Your Team Members can register using the registration page unique to your organisation.
For existing Admins to gain access to 3T Training, they can login to the portal, click on their initials in the top right hand corner, and select "My Product Training". They can watch the same videos and take the same tests to complete their training.
