Release 2.3.1 (Custard Cream)

3T has integrated a new support platform for our users to contact us for any 3T related issues. App and portal functionality remains largely unchanged, although all queries sent to the 3T team will be through a ticket and email process.

We are looking at ways of bringing the chat feature back to 3T in both the app and portal, but the support team remains the same behind the scenes!


The Portal

  • Integrated the new support widget
  • Some users were experiencing issues with not being able to begin a test at the end of a training video, so we have implemented a new, universal video player in the portal
  • Fixed a reported issue where date ranges were incorrect when using the decontamination list view
  • Fixed a reported issue where the decontamination list view would not automatically reload on completion of the first cycle
  • Updated the portal to allow all historical training certificates to be seen by Admins (for an entire organisation) and Team Members (for themselves)

 

 

The App (Version 1.42.2)

Please note – all users must download this version of the app to be able to continue using 3T.

  • Integrated the new support widget
  • Updated the “begin new cycle” button to automatically start a cycle using the medical device that had been selected on the previous page
  • Fixed a reported issue where the scanner continued to look for scannable barcodes after a decontamination cycle was completed
  • Fixed a reported issue where blank NFC devices could not be written on iOS

 

We have performed an internal assessment and concur that this release has had no impact on clinical safety
