The Portal

• Added a check when updating the status of a decontamination cycle to make it more difficult to accidentally set a cycle to Storage
  1. Users must now tick a box once Storage is selected to confirm they understand the effects of move it to Storage

The App (Version 1.43.3)

Please note – the lowest supported app version is 1.42.1

• Upgrades have been made to the printing function to allow easier integration into Tristel’s recommended printer, the Zebra ZQ220+
  1. The official Zebra app is no longer needed to connect 3T to the printer, simply complete a cycle or go to the logs page on the app, search for nearby Bluetooth devices and all ZQ220+ printers will show automatically
  2. Labels can be printed in landscape or portrait and users have the option of printing 1, 2, 3 or 4 labels
  3. Labels can be added to patient records once printed and can be re-printed at any time via the 3T app
  4. The following details will be recorded on the label, where applicable
     • Date & Time
     • Cycle code
     • Cycle status and patient ID
     • Operator
     • Medical device tag
     • Leak test status
     • Stella code
     • Product system
     • Tristel products used, including expiry, LOT and GTIN
• The 3T app has been optimised to work with non-recommended printers, but they are not officially supported and may require third party apps to configure. Please consult the printer manufacturer if any issues arise
